The O.M.LER pneumatic decoring hammer RVC70 removes the sand core from cast iron, aluminium and steel castings. It is available in three versions: Standard, MBR and MBL. Each version has internal mechanical parts with particular features that enable the hammer to have specific beating force and frequency.
The O.M.LER team works with customers to evaluate the most suitable hammer version based on the specific castings that need to be decored and customer expectations. To detect the hammer’s frequency while beating, the company also offers the Thor V4.0 monitoring system.
