This is another important milestone for YIZUMI’s global strategy, following the establishment of YIZUMI Thailand in June of this year, and represents another solid step forward in its internationalisation.

Working with Industry Elites to Draw up Mexico's Growth Roadmap

In his speech James Zhang said that, as a global leading moulding equipment provider, YIZUMI has continuously deepened its global footprint with technological innovation and its globalisation strategy. The company has achieved a dual growth in technology and market by acquiring HPM in North America and has also made significant inroads into emerging markets such as Mexico.

He also emphasised that in recent years, China’s manufacturing industry has ushered in a new wave of globalisation, while Mexico, as a key hub of the North American market, has provided YIZUMI with limitless development opportunities due to its unique geographical location and solid manufacturing foundation. The establishment of YIZUMI Mexico is a critical step in entering the North American market and improving the company’s global service capabilities. The subsidiary will leverage YIZUMI’s strong technological strengths and brand advantages to provide more convenient and efficient services to local customers.

Raul Lizarrituri gave an enthusiastic speech where he warmly welcomed YIZUMI to build a subsidiary in Mexico and praised the company’s outstanding contributions in the field of automotive manufacturing equipment. He emphasised that Mexico, as a major global automaker, has broad prospects to collaborate with YIZUMI in the automotive industry. He said: “YIZUMI’s entry will not only boost the optimisation and upgrading of the local automotive industry chain to improve industrial competitiveness, but also bring advanced technologies and innovative solutions to the industry, promoting industry innovation and growth.”

As part of his presentation, Luciano Diorio said: “As YIZUMI injection moulding machines’ agent in Mexico, I cordially applaud the establishment of YIZUMI Mexico. This is a significant step in YIZUMI’s globalisation strategy and a new chapter in our co-operation. YIZUMI has gained wide recognition and appreciation in the global market over the years for its superior product quality, cutting edge technologies, and high quality services. Being a major economy in Latin America, Mexico has enormous market potential. I am confident that YIZUMI will show remarkable competitiveness in Mexico and contribute to the development of the local manufacturing industry.”

Amidst loud applause and cheers, YIZUMI’s senior executives and guests took to the stage for the ribbon cutting ceremony, which marked the official opening of YIZUMI Mexico as well as another new beginning in its international development. At the ceremony, YIZUMI’s senior leaders and technical experts focused on the industrial features of Mexico and North America, providing guests with excellent insights into the cutting edge applications of injection moulding and diecasting technologies in the automotive industry. This gave a full impression of YIZUMI’s strategic layout in the global market, as well as its profound professional strengths and outstanding innovation capabilities in injection moulding and diecasting technologies.

More about YIZUMI Mexico

Faced with the reshoring trend of American manufacturing, strained trade relations with China, and rapid growth in the Mexican market, YIZUMI has keenly seized market opportunities. To further capitalise on the market potential of Mexico and Latin America, and provide better services to local customers, YIZUMI has formed a subsidiary in Mexico as a technical service centre to support the local market.

YIZUMI has encountered many challenges in establishing its Mexican subsidiary, including site selection, registration, talent recruitment, and import license application. The company actively sought the help of local partners and a professional team, eventually managing to achieve the objective. YIZUMI Mexico is a major gateway for YIZUMI in Latin America, helping to expand global markets, increase brand awareness, and provide high quality aftersales support. Its technical service centre is located in Queretaro, which has a superior geographical location and can provide more convenient and efficient aftersales support, technical support, and equipment delivery services throughout Mexico and Latin America.

Its main business includes the sale, display, and technical support of injection moulding machines, diecasting machines, rubber injection moulding machines, and related spare parts. Currently, its technical service centre employs several engineers and other support personnel. The centre is more than two thousand square metres in size and can accommodate dozens of different types of machinery. In addition, there is a spare parts warehouse stocked with thousands of spare parts to ensure equipment delivery and aftersales service.

YIZUMI has rich experience in management. Its operation mode of ‘centralised management + localised functions’ can effectively reduce communication costs, improve operational efficiency, and reduce team integration challenges caused by cultural conflicts. At the same time, localised functional teams can better understand local laws, regulations, customs, and cultural differences, and quickly establish relationships with partners and customers. Furthermore, YIZUMI Mexico actively collaborates with local partners and a professional team to improve its local aftersales service quality, response time, machine delivery speed, as well as brand image in the local market.

Conclusion: YIZUMI's Vision for the Future

Despite facing many challenges and uncertainties, YIZUMI firmly believes that globalisation is an inevitable trend in the development of the manufacturing sector. The company reports that it will work hard to improve its international brand image, boost investment in brand promotion, and consolidate existing capabilities, with a focus on improving global delivery and aftersales capabilities, while also empowering and supporting partners with localised assistance. In the future, YIZUMI Mexico will collaborate with all parties to create brilliance!
