A rare opportunity exists to join the Board of one of Great Britain's leading Aluminium Foundries for the position of Production Director

Can you take full responsibility for:

·         Operational profit and costs throughout our manufacturing facilities

·         Lead, coach and develop the existing supervisory team

·         Drive operational performance for sustainable growth

·         Create and develop operational plans

·         Deliver value from capital investment

·         Effectively liaise with key customers and exceed company objectives

·         Accelerate on time deliveries

·         Deliver world class service and products with outstanding customer support to make us the ‘go to supplier’ choice

You will be:

·         A driven and talented individual with a proven record of accomplishment in complex manufacturing and having high personal integrity

·         Aware of latest manufacturing techniques and supply chain principles and able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders

·         Someone who spots and develops opportunities

·         Able to implement a ‘Cost Down, Quality Up’ policy
